Spain Decoder is currently in beta. The service helps expats understand Spanish bureaucratic documents by providing AI-powered analysis and translations. The service is free during the beta period.
We collect your email address and optional name to create your account and protect against automated abuse. We do not sell your personal data. However, by using this service, you acknowledge that uploaded documents are processed using trusted third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) strictly for the purpose of analysis. We ensure these providers do not use your data for model training. Document uploads are processed securely and are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours after analysis. In addition, we use privacy-friendly, cookie-less web analytics provided by our hosting provider (Vercel) to measure aggregated usage of the website (e.g., pages visited, country/region, device type, referrer). These analytics do not use cookies or similar identifiers and do not allow us to directly identify you or track you across different websites or days. The processing of this limited usage data is based on our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the service.
This service is provided 'as is' during beta. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can occasionally hallucinate or misinterpret legal text. The output provided constitutes information, not legal advice. Always verify important deadlines and amounts with official sources or legal professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spain Decoder is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including financial penalties, fines, or missed deadlines) resulting from the use of this service.
